What you will do
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and structured CI to eliminate waste and improve departmental performance.
- Act as the single accountable owner for end-to-end change, ensuring new processes are fully adopted across Operations.
- Develop and manage the Ops project roadmap, including intake, prioritization, and sequencing.
- Establish governance through change logs, change calendars, and RACI matrices for all initiatives.
- Manage the implementation of new tools and automated player communications to ensure compliance and brand alignment.
- Oversee the program governance for AI tooling rollouts to track organizational change and optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement, preferably in regulated environments.
- Formal CI credentials and hands-on delivery experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Proven track record of leading people through change management and ensuring process adoption.
- Strong program discipline regarding roadmaps, RACI, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and influence without authority using a data-led approach.
- Must be based in or have valid work authorization for Malta, UK, or Gibraltar.
Nice to have
- Experience within the iGaming or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or Traction.
