What you will do

• Draft Technical Services manuals for exhibitors.
• Coordinate and manage appointed contractors and conduct pre-show briefings.
• Oversee stand building, floor plan layouts, and electrical/telco services.
• Manage onsite operations including opening ceremonies, shuttle buses, and parking arrangements.
• Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Handle post-show reviews and archive event documentation and photos.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or Event Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Events/Exhibitions/MICE industry.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Conversant with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, or Canva.
