What you will do
- Manage creative project intake, briefing, prioritization, and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee the full creative workflow from kickoff to delivery, tracking timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate resources and ensure designers, videographers, and content creators receive complete briefs, references, and materials.
- Maintain organized creative asset libraries with proper version control.
- Act as the central liaison across creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams with clear, consistent updates.
- Improve processes to optimize speed and quality, and support post-project reviews to capture learnings.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, traffic management, or creative operations (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving creative projects end-to-end.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Notion, plus familiarity with creative workflows.
- On-site work in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
