What you will do

  • Drive the strategic vision for the Defense Division’s 80/20 transformation and embed it into business culture and decision-making.
  • Influence major business and resourcing decisions to accelerate growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership in simplification, segmentation, growth, and resourcing.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and coach for leaders on analytical tools and decision frameworks.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for transformation impact.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels through consistent updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in strategic transformation or business program management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and influencing executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

  • MBA or relevant professional certification.
  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in applying the 80/20 principle to maximize efficiency.
