What you will do

• Lead teams in developing and implementing integrated program, product, and subcontractor plans to achieve long-term objectives.
• Identify project resources, define major program roles, and establish WBS-based budget and schedule baselines.
• Monitor work progress against plans to ensure delivery schedules are met and implement corrective actions.
• Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams executing complex product development and manufacturing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Substantial knowledge of defense products and their potential applications.
• Proven ability to establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills in team building, conflict resolution, and motivation.
