Salary: $95,000 – $245,000

What you will do

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
• Develop and implement resource allocation plans while collaborating with functional organizations.
• Act as the primary customer contact, leading review sessions and managing program teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate win strategies, competitive captures, and proposals for business growth.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of professional experience in project or program management within the commercial or defense industry.
• Knowledge of program management tools such as EVMS, IMP/IMS, and risk management.
• Experience working on government projects with direct customer interfaces.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
