What you will do

• Support end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives from intake through implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to drive alignment.
• Identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints, providing clear recommendations for resolution.
• Partner with business and platform teams to assess service model impacts and workflow changes.
• Apply established change methods to ensure consistency and disciplined delivery across a portfolio of initiatives.
• Ensure all implementations maintain operational stability and adhere to regulatory and control requirements.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading transformation or execution initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience in clearing or custody firms (e.g., Pershing, Fidelity, Apex, Schwab) or broker-dealer operations is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of clearing platforms like NetX360+, Apex, or Wealthscape.
• Experience working in highly regulated, risk-aware environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading clearing conversions or service model redesigns.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Experience using AI tools to support requirements development and project deliverables.
