What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated program, subcontractor, and business plans to achieve long-term objectives.
• Champion AI adoption across teams and apply AI tools to automate reporting, schedule management, and performance metrics.
• Establish and manage WBS-based budget and schedule baselines for complex, high-value programs.
• Manage cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization from initial design to customer release.
• Conduct detailed program reviews to identify issues, develop corrective actions, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Interface with leadership and external customers on technical matters and program status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting practices and acquisition regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead teams in a matrix organization and manage complex financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience with UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles).
• EVMS and financial background in addition to program management.
• AI experience or a strong willingness to learn.
