Salary: $156,444 – $169,277 per year

What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated program, subcontractor, and business plans to achieve long-term objectives.
- Champion AI adoption across teams and apply AI tools to automate reporting, schedule management, and performance metrics.
- Establish and manage WBS-based budget and schedule baselines for complex, high-value programs.
- Manage cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization from initial design to customer release.
- Conduct detailed program reviews to identify issues, develop corrective actions, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Interface with leadership and external customers on technical matters and program status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government contracting practices and acquisition regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lead teams in a matrix organization and manage complex financial data.
Nice to have
- Experience with UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles).
- EVMS and financial background in addition to program management.
- AI experience or a strong willingness to learn.
