Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale RFPs and RFIs for post-production and marketing services.
• Negotiate complex deal terms and establish robust Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
• Analyze supplier spend and market trends to develop and execute category strategies.
• Partner with global business stakeholders to validate sourcing strategies and prioritize value-driven initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional projects within a matrix organization to achieve commercial objectives.
• Evaluate supplier fit based on pre-determined criteria and track cost savings metrics.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least 4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or management consulting.
• Proven track record in complex, metric-driven negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CoPilot.
• Demonstrated interest or proficiency in AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Media, Entertainment, Television, or Film industries.
• Knowledge of complex project management methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills in a matrixed corporate environment.
