What you will do
- Validate requisitions and approve purchase orders to ensure alignment with engineering specifications.
- Track hardware orders to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor inbound logistics, inventory levels, and final distribution to datacenter sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, 3PLs, and internal procurement teams.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to verify delivered materials match purchase orders.
Requirements
- Must be based within commuting distance to Bellevue, WA; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; San Francisco, CA; or New York, NY.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in AI or datacenter environments.
- Expertise in contract management and quality review processes.
- Proven ability to manage asset-tracking protocols for large volumes of hardware components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational discipline.
