Salary: $164,500–$305,500 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year S2P strategy aligned with business priorities and TCO outcomes.
• Standardize end-to-end processes covering sourcing, contracting, procurement, and accounts payable.
• Lead a distributed team of 35, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as product owner for S2P platforms like Coupa or Ariba and manage ERP integrations.
• Optimize working capital, payment terms, and discount capture while ensuring global compliance and SOX standards.
• Build dashboards for critical metrics and deploy automation tools including RPA, OCR, and AI.

Requirements

• 15+ years in AP/Procurement/S2P or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience leading managers and global teams across multiple time zones.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale process and technology transformations.
• Hands-on leadership experience with S2P platform implementations (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Strong financial competence in benefit baselining, working capital optimization, and cost-to-serve modeling.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPSM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
