What you will do

  • Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to customer needs and environments.
  • Support the Value Selling process, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and objection handling.
  • Conduct competitive research and provide field insights to the product team for roadmap discussions.
  • Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including POV frameworks, demo scripts, and the SE WIKI.
  • Mentor junior Sales Engineers, fostering their technical and soft skills development.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and the broader security landscape.
  • Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Benelux language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse professional audiences.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient work ethic with a creative approach to overcoming sales obstacles.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
