What you will do
- Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to customer needs and environments.
- Support the Value Selling process, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and objection handling.
- Conduct competitive research and provide field insights to the product team for roadmap discussions.
- Deliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including POV frameworks, demo scripts, and the SE WIKI.
- Mentor junior Sales Engineers, fostering their technical and soft skills development.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and the broader security landscape.
- Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
- Fluency in English and at least one Benelux language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse professional audiences.
- Proactive, self-sufficient work ethic with a creative approach to overcoming sales obstacles.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
