What you will do
- Serve as the technical sales lead throughout the Enterprise pre-sales cycle, owning and driving successful Proof of Value (POV) outcomes.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and co-lead customer relationships alongside Account Executives.
- Develop and execute account-based penetration strategies and sales objectives.
- Conduct competitive landscape research to address customer objections and technical queries.
- Provide technical pre-sales support and act as a resource for platform diligence.
- Educate internal sales executives and partners on the product's security posture and platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering or relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills for both virtual and in-person settings.
- Ability to uncover complex business challenges and architect solutions to meet customer needs.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced Enterprise sales environment.
- High EQ and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent professional experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CEH.
- Technical background in messaging and internet security principles.
- Deep understanding of internet protocols (HTTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.).
- Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP, and network components (firewalls, routers).
