What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Design and champion complex people-centric security solutions across the entire product portfolio.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to customers, channel partners, and account managers.
- Assist in professional services deployments and technical training as needed.
- Support channel distributors and resellers to enable their sales success.
- Provide real-world customer insights to product management and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language required.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Security Engineer.
- Experience in cybersecurity domains such as secure messaging, data security, network security, or SOC.
- Exposure to enterprise email solutions (O365, G-Suite, Exchange) or cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Reading, England.
Nice to have
- Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO, MITRE, or NIST.
- Industry certifications like CISSP or CCSP.
