What you will do

• Lead emergent and enduring projects end-to-end: intake, scoping, execution, delivery, and retrospective.
• Act as the organizational intake point to assess, prioritize, and route issues and opportunities to the right teams.
• Drive rapid iteration cycles with cross-functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Improve operational excellence by eliminating waste, increasing velocity, and building scalable SOPs/playbooks.
• Lead crisis response efforts and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Build dashboards/KPIs and translate data into narratives that influence priorities and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of program management, project management, or operational leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Deep comfort with data analytics: query, interpret, and act on data to drive decisions.
• Track record of driving automation, process improvement, or AI integration initiatives.
