What you will do

  • Design AI solutions for customer experience use cases (self-service, agent assistance, journey management, and back-office automation) using LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, orchestration layers, fallback strategies, and human handoff patterns.
  • Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge/content strategies, including chunking, retrieval relevance/freshness, and balancing performance, latency, and governance.
  • Define AI evaluation and quality measurement approaches, including test sets, feedback loops, and success metrics (accuracy, containment, customer satisfaction, business impact, adoption).
  • Design contextual AI experiences using real-time data, conversation state, customer information, interaction history, and external signals for personalization.
  • Support architecture decisions for scalability, latency, reliability, and cost efficiency; evaluate trade-offs across model selection, caching, orchestration patterns, and production readiness.
  • Lead presales technical discovery and demonstrations, build/deploy AI prototypes in sandbox/customer environments, and help transition prototypes into production pilots with KPI alignment and business outcome validation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting or designing AI solutions for customer experience/contact center/automation/enterprise workflow use cases, including familiarity with classic ML, NLU/NLP, retrieval-based systems, LLMs, orchestration patterns, tool use, and agentic approaches.
  • Practical experience with agentic/AI-assisted coding tools to build, test, debug, and iterate on prototypes, integrations, and automation workflows; ability to code in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience designing prompts and context strategies as part of end-to-end AI workflow optimization.
  • Experience integrating AI/cloud solutions with enterprise platforms and knowledge sources via RESTful APIs and related architectures (including real-world constraints like latency, fallback paths, throughput, reliability, and secure data access).
  • Ability to support AI evaluation, governance, and observability (testing, retrieval quality, tool-call accuracy, safety, drift, auditability, and cost control).
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts in business terms and enable field stakeholders through reusable assets, workshops, and presentations.
