What you will do

• Architect and deploy full-stack internal AI products, from secure backend LLM integrations and agent orchestration to frontend operating interfaces.
• Define platform architectures, engineering patterns, guardrails, and controls for reliability, data permissions, enterprise privacy, and observability.
• Set up automated LLM evaluation (Evals), output validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows to mitigate hallucinations and inaccuracies.
• Build reusable API layers using developer frameworks such as AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI, and advanced orchestration patterns.
• Design and continuously optimize multi-agent orchestrations and RAG pipelines that synthesize real-time business context from product metadata.
• Convert ambiguous sources (e.g., Jira, Google Workspace, analytics dashboards) into structured, queryable knowledge networks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering and/or platform architecture experience with a focus on full-stack application development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating LLM-backed applications, multi-agent frameworks, RAG architectures, or automated internal operations systems.
• Production experience with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI, plus modern coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Experience building custom API integrations with enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace) to automate manual processes.
• Strong software engineering skills including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational/non-relational data systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical architectures to senior stakeholders.
