What you will do

• Partner with product managers to interpret business needs and evolve early-stage AI prototypes into production-ready applications.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using modern LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks.
• Manage code and collaboration workflows using GitHub, including CI/CD practices and version control.
• Implement and scale AI co-workers and workflow automation tools across internal and external business lines.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Continuously iterate and optimize existing AI applications based on feedback and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications or prototypes.
• Strong familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems, including prompt engineering, model selection, and RAG architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Vercel or similar hosting and deployment platforms.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Ability to work across a full-stack AI toolchain including front-end and backend integration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with product management concepts and requirements gathering.
