What you will do

• Architect and build multi-agent workflows with explicit state management and routing.
• Design and improve retrieval architectures, including hybrid retrieval and contextual embeddings.
• Operationalize AgentOps-style evaluation gates and statistical testing suites.
• Implement agentic security controls to defend against prompt injection and unsafe tool execution.
• Build production-grade observability for multi-step agent executions using traces and metrics.
• Partner with platform and security teams to ensure enterprise standards and operational resilience.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and building LLM-powered applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, tool chaining, and conditional routing.
• Strong understanding of advanced RAG techniques, including reranking and contextual retrieval.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI engineering frameworks.
• Experience with AgentOps practices, including monitoring for quality, drift, and safety.
• Strong security mindset regarding LLM applications and defense-in-depth patterns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks or Azure Foundry.
• Experience in regulated or audit-minded environments.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry-style concepts for distributed tracing.
