HR & Payroll Intern (HR/Payroll): Processing employee inquiries in ServiceNow and providing ongoing administrative support with an accent on HR & Payroll operations, reporting, and assisting the HR team on projects in a fast-paced environment. Focus on maintaining high-quality service details and collaborating across organizational entities to deliver reliable HR & Payroll administration.
Location: Katowice (Zabrska 19)

What you will do
- Process employee inquiries in the ServiceNow system.
- Provide ongoing administrative support for employees.
- Handle reporting activities.
- Support the HR team in HR & Payroll projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other entities to deliver high-quality HR & Payroll service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organization skills and ability to set priorities.
- Reliability and strong attention to details.
- Commitment to quality of work.
Nice to have
- First experience in HR or administration during studies.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ease in learning new systems and tools.
