What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage fixed and variable compensation structures.
• Conduct market pay analyses using benchmarking tools and methodologies.
• Lead job architecture and job evaluation projects end-to-end.
• Manage salary revision cycles, bonus structures, and reward programs.
• Develop and deliver compensation training and workshops for managers and HRBPs.
• Ensure organizational readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or C&B consulting.
• Solid knowledge of pay surveys (e.g., Mercer) and benchmarking.
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, large data sets) and PowerPoint.
• English: B2 level or above.
• Location: Must be based in Poland (Warsaw or Krakow).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• IPE Mercer or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification.
