TL;DR

Talent Development Associate (HR): Supporting organizational growth and employee performance through the design and delivery of learning programs with an accent on onboarding and EMEA-specific talent solutions. Focus on coordinating complex learning logistics, improving self-service documentation, and fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace culture.

Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with global teams to design and deploy onboarding programs tailored to EMEA needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, technology, and evaluation.
  • Leverage technology to ensure equitable learning experiences for a distributed workforce.
  • Proactively gather feedback to update intranet documentation and improve self-service support.
  • Partner with inclusion and social impact champions to support community-related talent efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in learning development, training, or human resources.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from planning through delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation utilizing adult learning theory.
  • Strong collaboration and customer service skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
