What you will do

• Administer and support HR Jira Project and Jira Service Management environments.
• Configure workflows, request types, queues, and automations to support HR service delivery.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical configurations.
• Catalogue HR policies and processes in Confluence to build a structured HR Knowledge Base.
• Provide operational support for the HR Service Desk, including quality assurance and ticket monitoring.
• Develop technical documentation and user guidance to support system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience administering Jira Project or Jira Service Management in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into technical system configurations.
• Working knowledge of service management concepts like SLAs, request lifecycles, and queues.
• Experience creating structured knowledge content or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR, People Operations, or shared services organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira automation rules, integrations, or advanced reporting dashboards.
• Experience governing knowledge bases in Confluence.
