What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of operating equipment, policies, and systems for the region.
• Develop and improve safety standards, operational methods, and regional policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to facilitate internal and external logistics recommendations.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of facilities in conjunction with branch leadership.
• Conduct routine safety audits to ensure strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Participate in the recruitment process for Field Services roles to ensure timely hiring.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent business experience.
• 5 to 7 years of proven Hazardous Waste Field Services or Sales leadership experience within the industry.
• Extensive knowledge of warehousing, transportation, accounting, and emergency situation management.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal business laws and cGMP requirements as they pertain to FDARP.
• Must be based in Fairfield, CA.
