What you will do

• Bridge the gap between Industrial Design and manufacturing to ensure optimal user experience and manufacturability.
• Translate design and marketing concepts into actionable engineering specifications and activities.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure robust CMF processes and continuous improvement.
• Define reliability testing requirements, protocols, and equipment for new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CMF specifications meet product requirements.
• Resolve complex CMF issues and serve as a technical expert within the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in material development, decoration processes, or color development.
• Proficient level of written and spoken English required.
• Strong understanding of materials science and post-decoration processes like painting, printing, and anodizing.
• Experience with fabric, PU industry, and related processes like lamination and laser etching.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Mechanical Engineering (ME) experience.
