What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver financial targets and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customers and markets to create strategic action plans for growth.
  • Expand sub-retailer networks and establish new Aligned Distributors to increase market share.
  • Monitor and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Manage credit and align operations with cash flow targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, focusing on KPIs and product knowledge training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5 to 7 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in team management.
  • Direct experience implementing and developing "Aligned Distributor" programs in Thailand.
  • Ability to travel upcountry.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong computer skills (MS-Office).

Nice to have

  • Strong record of closing complex deals.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencing and coaching teams.
  • Advanced business acumen and financial management skills.
