What you will do

• Develop comprehensive qualification plans and collaborate with customers for Connectivity and Switch products.
• Manage multiple concurrent product reliability qualifications from planning through execution, debug, and closure.
• Analyze stress and readpoint data to evaluate performance across Logic, Memory, and Analog Core IPs.
• Drive 8D troubleshooting and root cause analysis of qualification failures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop next-generation stress capabilities and build strategic capacity.
• Author final qualification reports and monitor reliability metrics including MTBF and FIT rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (3+ years experience) or Master's/PhD (2+ years experience).
• Familiarity with JEDEC semiconductor stress testing methodologies (e.g., HTOL, HAST, HTS, TC, ESD, Latch-Up).
• Experience working with vendors on stress pattern bring-up and test hardware design.
• Proficiency in 8D methodology or structured root cause analysis for failure investigation.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site qualification programs and author customer-facing reports.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with advanced CMOS nodes and high-power products.
• Experience developing reliability metrics like MTBF and FIT rate calculations.
• Prior experience in program management.
• Exposure to Smartsheet, PowerBI, or similar tools.
