What you will do

• Design and develop complex RF integrated circuits and create verification test plans for RF validation in Process Design Kits.
• Conduct transistor-level feasibility analysis and define floorplans and layout for RF circuit architecture.
• Create test benches, verify, and debug designs to meet desired specifications.
• Review system specifications and design plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Develop new product concepts, prototypes, and detailed drawings of circuit designs.
• Apply electromagnetic and communication theory to perform RF system analysis and Lab RF measurements.

Requirements

• MS degree with 3+ years of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of experience in Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Design and Testing Integrated Circuits with fundamentals in AMS/RF.
• Knowledge of Device Physics and Advanced IC Technologies.
• Experience working with Process Design Kits (PDK) and collaterals development.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Siemens, and/or Synopsys IC Design tools.
• Familiarity with Unix Shell, Python, Skill, Tcl, Pcell, or Ocean scripting.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in Design Automation and CAD.
• Experience with hirify.global foundry PDKs and GAA technologies.
• Experience with Analog/RF circuit simulation and running DRC/LVS/EXT/FILL flows.
• Lab experience with high-frequency instruments (VNA, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer).
• Proficiency with LabView, Matlab, or Statistical analysis tools like JMP.
• Experience with RF/mmWave circuits (PA, LNA, VCO) and/or AMS (DAC/ADC).
