Salary: $69,600 – $104,400 USD

What you will do

• Conduct technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) for hardware concepts.
• Perform risk analysis for new designs and processes to ensure patient safety.
• Analyze performance reports and process control statistics to identify failure risks.
• Develop and execute reliability engineering programs to meet company and regulatory objectives.
• Recommend design or test methods to achieve required product reliability levels.
• Propose design or formulation changes to improve system and process reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Mounds View, Minnesota.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical process control data.
• Understanding of design qualification (DV and DVal) and risk management principles.

• Prior experience in the medical device industry.
