What you will do

• Define test content and validate designs for discrete devices in the Parametric Test area.
• Develop and validate test programs on silicon to ensure performance and reliability metrics.
• Improve existing testing methods and systems to reduce testing time and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with Device and Quality engineers to define test requirements.
• Work with operations and module engineers to define and meet capacity constraints for high-volume systems.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 6+ months of experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing or measuring electrical circuits/devices.
• Knowledge of device physics and semiconductor parametric analyzers.
• Experience with automating electrical data collection.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Nice to have

• Experience in parametric testing on high-volume testers like 4080 or V93K.
• Proficiency in Linux, C/C++, or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) methodologies.
