What you will do

• Partner with the VP to define and operationalize organizational strategy across Quality, Reliability, and Labs.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined operating cadence, including strategic reviews and business rhythms.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Technology Development, Manufacturing, and Advanced Packaging teams.
• Lead high-impact initiatives such as organizational design, process improvements, and structural efficiency programs.
• Prepare executive-level materials and serve as a proxy for the VP in key leadership forums.
• Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment through high-quality internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, or related domain.
• Proven experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing, quality systems, or reliability engineering.
