Location: Must be based in Miami, Florida (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner for International Networks and Direct-to-Consumer divisions.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, change management, and global operating models.
• Develop strategies for talent retention, professional development, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Executive Search teams to hire key talent.
• Provide coaching to department leaders and resolve organizational and employee issues.
• Utilize data and analytics to track workforce trends and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting a US and globally distributed client population across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Experience in the media or streaming industry.
• Basic Portuguese language skills.
