Talent and Culture Client Delivery Director (HR): Leading the development and execution of enterprise workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal talent alignment with an accent on workforce analysis, forecasting, and talent sustainability. Location: Remote (USA) - Must be able to meet travel requirements, including monthly travel to central Minnesota and occasional travel to Staples, MN
Salary: $154,400 – $193,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic workforce plans based on internal and external resourcing scenarios.
- Analyze HR data to diagnose organizational issues and improve employee engagement and performance.
- Design and manage career planning, succession planning, and job evaluation programs.
- Create multichannel recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates and executive-level talent.
- Build professional relationships as a business partner with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse team, oversee departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of experience in human resources or related roles.
- 6 to 10 years of managerial experience in planning and organizing resources.
- Must be able to travel monthly to central Minnesota and periodically to Staples, MN.
Nice to have
- Experience working with public agencies or school districts.
- Strong background in HR compliance and writing HR policies and procedures.
- Experience with contingent workforce strategies.
- Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
