Location: Remote (USA) - Must be able to meet travel requirements, including monthly travel to central Minnesota and occasional travel to Staples, MN

Salary: $154,400 – $193,000

• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans based on internal and external resourcing scenarios.
• Analyze HR data to diagnose organizational issues and improve employee engagement and performance.
• Design and manage career planning, succession planning, and job evaluation programs.
• Create multichannel recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates and executive-level talent.
• Build professional relationships as a business partner with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Manage a diverse team, oversee departmental budgets, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of experience in human resources or related roles.
• 6 to 10 years of managerial experience in planning and organizing resources.
• Must be able to travel monthly to central Minnesota and periodically to Staples, MN.

Nice to have

• Experience working with public agencies or school districts.
• Strong background in HR compliance and writing HR policies and procedures.
• Experience with contingent workforce strategies.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
