What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies and enhance onboarding programs for new talent.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, including structure optimization and change management.
• Develop and implement training programs to foster employee growth and leadership development.
• Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and cross-departmental communication initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and strict compliance with employment laws.
• Facilitate internal alignment by implementing tools and processes that improve organizational communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of HR leadership experience at the executive level.
• Proven track record in scaling HR functions and optimizing organizational structure.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite in Orange County, CA.
