What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation, forecasting, and enterprise deal execution.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting ARR and new logo acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with complex pursuits.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Must be based in an accessible Middle East hub (Dubai preferred).
- Strong understanding of the procurement technology and services landscape.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region.
