What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and augment support teams.
  • Manage the onboarding process and perform quarterly health checks and business reviews.
  • Participate in the TAM on-call rotation to handle customer inquiries and case escalations.
  • Collaborate with development engineers and use internal tools to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Identify and remediate renewal risks in coordination with sales teams to ensure successful upsells.
  • Drive support cases to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience working with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a commitment to customer success.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS organization.
