What you will do

• Guide customers through their journey to ensure full product value realization.
• Create and maintain strategic Customer Success Plans (CSP) aligned with client goals.
• Conduct regular health checks to review adoption and provide actionable guidance.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide structured feedback to product management.
• Identify at-risk accounts and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve churn drivers.
• Document customer environments to identify opportunities for new solutions and expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas.
• 5 to 10+ years of industry leadership experience in customer success, sales engineering, or senior support roles.
• Extensive knowledge of data communication, email, networking, and enterprise security.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
