What you will do

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers to ensure timely and successful platform deployment.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Sales to design tailored implementation plans based on customer goals.
• Provide hands-on support for platform setup, configuration, and initial training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, resolving inquiries and identifying roadblocks.
• Document implementation steps and create knowledge base articles to improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with technical support to handle complex configurations and product integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures within the IT Security field.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager.
