What you will do

• Provide expert technical guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison for technical escalations and product feedback.
• Develop success plans and track key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops to help customers maximize the value of the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for customer needs across Product, Engineering, and Support departments.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English required
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK, Netherlands, or France without visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships and driving adoption.
