Salary: $118,010–$176,800 per annum

What you will do

• Lead debug and characterization of new ASIC products and IP blocks.
• Develop test strategies and plans for complex, industry-leading ASIC products.
• Analyze volume data and perform lab experimentation to resolve yield and test issues.
• Define manufacturing specifications for wafer sort, final test, and system-level test insertions.
• Optimize test flows and drive continuous improvement for test time reduction.
• Collaborate with design, DFT/DFM, and quality teams to ensure product reliability and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5-10 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong background in ATE testing using Advantest Ultraflex, Teradyne, or similar modern systems.
• Proven experience in test methodology development, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an inherent sense of urgency.
