Location: Hybrid (Tokyo, Japan) - must work from the office at least four days a week

What you will do
- Coordinate and execute account onboarding, product launches, and termination processes with overseas and local parties.
- Manage account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian shifts, and portfolio restructures.
- Implement and maintain account and portfolio master data.
- Provide AUM and product-related information for RFP and marketing purposes.
- Support the reporting team in producing and distributing simplified reporting materials.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management.
- Basic understanding of investment operations and account setup for funds and separate accounts.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills for internal and external liaison.
