What you will do

• Coordinate and execute account onboarding, product launches, and termination processes with overseas and local parties.
• Manage account events such as IMA/guideline changes, custodian shifts, and portfolio restructures.
• Implement and maintain account and portfolio master data.
• Provide AUM and product-related information for RFP and marketing purposes.
• Support the reporting team in producing and distributing simplified reporting materials.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management.
• Basic understanding of investment operations and account setup for funds and separate accounts.
• University degree.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills for internal and external liaison.
