Senior Project Manager (Industrial AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, customer outcomes, financial performance, and reporting.
• Coordinate Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, governance, stakeholder communication, and steering committees.
• Support adoption through change management, enablement, and training while improving delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience with enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong commercial and financial skills, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Industrial IoT, SCADA, MES, or Operational Technology environments.
• Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics implementation projects.
• Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
