Senior Manager, Global Development IT & Digital (Pharma)

What you will do

• Develop and implement IT action plans aligned with global and local business strategies.
• Partner with business units in clinical development, patient safety, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to address operational and regulatory needs.
• Manage IT projects and products while ensuring GxP compliance and computer system validation.
• Drive digital transformation through automation, AI, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
• Build and maintain stable IT infrastructure across hardware, software, databases, networks, and cloud environments.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations in business-level English with international teams.

Requirements

• More than five years of pharmaceutical industry experience in IT for development and medical departments.
• Understanding of drug development, clinical trials, and medical affairs processes.
• Experience as an IT business analyst, IT project manager, or IT product manager.
• Knowledge of GxP, regulatory compliance, and computer system validation.
• Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
• Experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies; business-level English and presentation skills.
