What you will do
- Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Optimize manufacturing processes and support production operations through MES and digital technologies.
- Manage MES enhancement, implementation, new functionality, and equipment integration projects from planning through deployment.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, global IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop the MES team while overseeing daily operations and outsourced development partners.
- Report project status, operational performance, risks, resources, and key issues to IT management.
Requirements
- Experience leading MES implementation, operation, or enhancement projects in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving manufacturing, engineering, and IT organizations.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating external vendors.
- Strong understanding of MES and manufacturing business processes, with the ability to define business requirements and system specifications.
- Knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server, and SQL; knowledge of ERP accounting procedures.
- Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
