What you will do

• Coordinate logistical, material, and site-readiness activities for system installations and upgrades at customer sites.
• Manage SAP material confirmations and create notifications (MNs) for defective or contaminated materials.
• Order and track pre-defined list (PDL) and disturbance service order (SO) materials in coordination with CSCM and GOC.
• Arrange site access, badging, and mandatory safety training (including Japan full harness) for project team members.
• Handle delivery and return flows for non-SAP materials and local UIR assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners like TRUMPF to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• English: Fluent or Native level required.
• Japanese: Intermediate level or above required for customer communication.
• Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
