Salary: $73,400–$109,800 USD annually

What you will do

  • Partner with executives to draft, edit, and refine communications and leadership messaging
  • Support internal announcements and updates, including executive social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Drive execution of key priorities by proactively tracking progress and ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare comprehensive briefing materials
  • Lead end-to-end event management for meetings and events aligned to executive and organizational priorities
  • Handle sensitive information, act as a gatekeeper for calls/visitors when required, and process expense reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, polished messaging
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Comfort with productivity/collaboration tools, content platforms, and social media best practices
  • Experience supporting senior-level calendars, travel logistics, and high-impact meetings/events
