Salary: $73,400–$109,800 USD annually

What you will do
- Partner with executives to draft, edit, and refine communications and leadership messaging
- Support internal announcements and updates, including executive social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Drive execution of key priorities by proactively tracking progress and ensuring consistent follow-up
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare comprehensive briefing materials
- Lead end-to-end event management for meetings and events aligned to executive and organizational priorities
- Handle sensitive information, act as a gatekeeper for calls/visitors when required, and process expense reports
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear, polished messaging
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Comfort with productivity/collaboration tools, content platforms, and social media best practices
- Experience supporting senior-level calendars, travel logistics, and high-impact meetings/events
