Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead and develop strategic account relationships with top-level executives in the public sector.
  • Manage account P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and minimized renewal erosion.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand scope and capabilities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge account strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure account compliance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing account P&L.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales process management.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationship management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Previous sales experience in technical solutions.
