What you will do

• Prepare complex cash flow models using ARGUS Enterprise based on client financial data and rent rolls.
• Conduct thorough market and submarket analysis to determine reasonable valuation assumptions and market rents.
• Review third-party appraisal reports for factual accuracy and compliance with USPAP and state regulations.
• Manage client workflow processes using Argus ValueInsight, including scheduling and drafting engagement letters.
• Execute Sales Comparison and Cost approaches for appraisal reports, researching recent sale transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Valuation, Asset Management, Acquisitions, or Underwriting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including x-lookups, pivot tables, and DCF models.
• Familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise software.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
