Senior Associate - Corporate Finance - Transaction Advisory

Location: Houston, TX; hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, working capital, financial trend, benchmark, and cash flow analyses.
• Identify purchase price adjustment issues and contribute deal structuring insights.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with transaction advisory professionals, BRG experts, external advisors, and client contacts.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and the development of the corporate finance practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar research tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical or GAAP accounting expertise.
