What you will do

• Support day-to-day client service teams on buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Identify key issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
• Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Participate in practice development, marketing, and client pitches.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Familiarity with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
