What you will do

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development teams to identify and address quality concerns during development.
• Ensure products meet design, safety, construction, and regulatory standards for domestic and international markets.
• Develop and execute failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and product testing protocols to mitigate defects.
• Govern test protocols and inspection plans specifically for Home Textiles.
• Establish working connections with internal and external partners to roll out quality systems and tools.
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Assurance professionals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of strategic thinking and structured communication.
• Experience in driving defect reduction, continuous improvement, and efficiency.
• Technical quality improvement experience specifically for Home Furnishings.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience in quality management within manufacturing or processing engineering.
• Strong understanding of total quality management (TQM) principles.
